Historic Wedding Chapel
Glendale New Church is one of the most charming Cincinnati wedding venues – a lovely boutique wedding chapel in the historic village of Glendale, Ohio.

A Sacred Space
Glendale New Church is a sacred space that supports the spiritual experience of coming before God to affirm the commitment to a holy marriage covenant. We offer a Christian sphere, and we support all people’s understanding of God, because our Christian theology seeks to model Jesus Christ’s commitment to love our neighbor’s goodness.
About the Wedding Chapel
Glendale New Church features an historic sanctuary that seats 100 guests, with a private space for the bride to dress and a room for the groomsmen to prepare.
Amenities include:
- An excellent sound system with music and a technician provided if needed.
- A sophisticated keyboard and a fine baby grand piano (the church does not have a musician on staff – the couple may hire musicians if desired).
- We can recommend a keyboard player and photographer who are familiar with our facility and policies.
- Beautiful outdoor space for wedding photographs.
Wedding Packages
The fee for the use of the Sanctuary is $800, which includes a generous amount of time for the wedding, a rehearsal, and the help of our on staff Wedding Coordinator to ensure a smooth event.
Premarital counseling and officiating by the Pastor, if requested, is $200. The Pastor offers to meet with the couple a number of times to support the beginning of their marriage, and to plan the service.
Wedding Reception Space
Our Reception Hall, which is connected directly to the Sanctuary, seats up to 50 people at tables, and up to 70 standing. The kitchen includes some preparation space, a refrigerator, and a microwave (there is no stove top or oven). Use of the Reception Hall is available for a fee of $200. Wine may be served in the reception hall only. No distilled spirits may be served.
Arrangements
The renter is responsible for arranging for any desired musicians, catering, reception and chairs, decorating and clean up, and returning the facility to its original condition.
Please note that the entire facility is smoke free.
How to Reserve the Wedding Chapel
A deposit of $200 reserves your date. The fee is refundable if a cancellation is made more than twelve weeks prior to the reserved date. The deposit will be returned within 30 days after the wedding, as long as the facility is left in its original condition.
